Tracy, a second generation Realtor, has been licensed for over 22 years. Born and raised in Columbus,GA, Tracy has continued to work and grow the community along side her husband, four children and six year old grandson. After starting a career and hanging her license with Coldwell Banker for over thirteen years, Tracy joined a group of investors to start Keller Williams Realty River Cities in 2010. Tracy currently serves as Keller Williams Realty River Cities’ Operating Principle, helping to grow the Brokerage’s agents. With a love for learning and education, Tracy has worked to grow her business through continuing education classes to best aid her clients. In 2013, Tracy gained her Keller Williams Luxury Certification to better serve her luxury clients. Through handwork and evolving Real Estate knowledge, Tracy has maintained a position in the Top 5 Production at Keller Williams Realty River Cities since the company opened. With a passion for service, Tracy has worked to help both the Columbus Community and the Realtor Community by joining the Board of Realtors as a Local Director, State Director and Chair of the Awards Committee for multiple years. She was also elected as the Board President Elect in 2008, President in 2009 and Vice President in 2010. Tracy currently holds a position as the MLS Committee Chairperson. When she isn’t serving on her board position or helping clients, Tracy enjoys reading and playing tennis.
